I felt pressured into signing my lease and was never told about the “C.A.M.” Fee that would be charged every month as well as maintenance. It added just under $200 to my rent every month. They will make you have renters insurance, pay for water, gas, garbage and electricity. Save your money and go with the more expensive apartments. Management did little to nothing when my neighbors dog bit me and a few day later that same neighbor verbally assaulted me. Management’s solution was offering me a smaller unit in a different building, but i would have to pay a whole other security deposit, and cover all moving expenses, and sign a whole new year lease. I stuck it out for the remainder of my lease and am so happy to be out of that nightmare. The dog owner suffered no consequences and no reimbursement or apology was made for my medical expenses and mental anguish. The apartment itself is fine but nothing great, counters are old and hard to clean, everything is just painted over, carpets are cheap, the shared spaces are rarely cleaned and the maintenance workers are unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe living here.

Nice place to live, a bit old and things definitely need remodeling like the bathroom, I’ve had to get the tub re-caulked twice and it’s still bad (I guess they haven’t heard of water proof caulk?). Winter is nice and quiet, summer is BRUTAL, if you’re unlucky enough to live by the pool and field you’ll get woken up by landscapers what feels like EVERY morning, and kids run, scream, and yell each and every night. Walls and windows are paper thin so it feels like it’s all happening right next to you. Other than it being noisy all the time it’s an alright place, the staff are amazing.

The apartments here are small, but the in unit laundry is nice, and the buildings are generally clean, which is nice. Maintenance is also a high point, as they are quite responsive, and on top of it (to just maintenance alone I’d give 4.5 stars). The management is meh. While they’re generally responsive to emails, they have a pretty terrible communication system for important announcements. Hot water is out in your building? Here let’s stick a note in your door rather than text/email residents to to notify them. They also post announcements inside the door but don’t send them electronically in convenient ways. Not quite with the times. Additionally when I was preparing to move to a new apartment (because rent continued to be raised - and utilities are going to cost you ~200 more a month than rent- fyi), they refused to verify my residency at the complex, thus raising my security deposit for my new apartment to double what it should’ve been. I am certain it wouldn’t have taken much time or effort to verify my residency, so it’s lame that they didn’t. Finally, while some other residents are respectful and kind, some are just not good neighbors. Why is your car alarm consistently going off, especially at disrespectful hours- such as early morning or late evening? That is very irritating to others. My other neighbors were incredibly unfriendly/borderline rude to me but somehow besties with each other who had no issue having loud chats late at night in the hall- which is disruptive. All in all if you have the money and are ok with a tiny apartment, it’s better than some options. But if you’re walking a fine line on the money look elsewhere, this isnt’t it. Edit: reply to owner reply: why should i come by the office? I’ve moved away. Will you compensate me the extra money I paid for my new security deposit? doubt it. And rather never see the neighbors again anyways

There is a neighbor here with absolutely no respect for other neighbors. EVERY weekend BEFORE 7 am lets their car alarm off, awakening everyone with in a radius. Get your car fixed, bud. So disrespectful and inconsiderate.
