Poor communication with leasing staff and maintenance personnel. Puts a hault to everyone else's daily lives. For example, I was in the middle of a shower and the water shut off. No one informed us that it would be shut down. Making me late to my Thanksgiving celebration, unacceptable. Also damaged my clothing in the laundry machine. How can I get compensated without receipts? Costing me a few hundred dollars in clothing. The previous complex I lived at treated each other like family helping each other. From people in the office to the maintenance staff we knew each other, Glen ellyn apartment homes where your family members matters to us.

I love living here! Maintenance is always responsive and willing to help with any requests, they maintain the property and common areas well. Overall a great place to live
