This apartment complex is truly a great place to call home. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The management team is friendly, responsive, and they genuinely care about residents, which makes a huge difference. Plus, the amenities are excellent and the location is super convenient. Overall, itâs a comfortable, welcoming community that I would highly recommend. Major kudos to Kerri, Stefany, and Alma!!

The day that I moved in my screen door broke and I the office and the maintenance guy came right away to replace it. On second Days my toilet not working properly so I called the maintenance guy again and the maintenance guys came next morning to replace the parts. I gave them 5 Stars. They get on it right away and they very friendly. Thank you

Lived here for a while now and can definitely say the staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to any sort of issues. The area is calm and quite perfect for young couples or familyâs to come live at. Very professional and clean environment and havenât ran into any issues with neighbors either! Would definitely recommend others to check this place out!!

Love living here, staff is great! Good maintenance team who are very friendly. Alma and Kerri run the property amazingly so helpful, efficient and fast! Everything is nearby, gas stations, Target, Walmart, Costco, TjMaxx! Hehe I'm never bored here, not to mention the many places to eat, from Olive garden, Canes, Chipotle, Chick Fil A, & a 7 brew is opening up!! lol everything! The landscape is beautiful. & honestly I love their strict parking regulations because it keeps the COMMUNITY SAFE. Happy to be here thanks!

I recently renewed my lease and love living here. Everyone is kind and very helpful. The office is very good at communicating and work orders are done in a timely manner which is important for me.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by this management team. Despite multiple requests, both from myself and from a prospective leasing office.I was unable to obtain my rental payment history and proper tenancy documentation, which are essential for my relocation process. What is particularly concerning is that, in response to my records request, I was provided with payment history belonging to another tenant. This is a serious breach of tenant privacy and reflects a significant failure in data management practices that should not be overlooked. I strongly urge this management company to review its record keeping procedures and ensure that tenant requests are handled in a timely, accurate, and legally compliant manner.
