We lived here for three years and overall was a great place. It has very, very good location and is close to everything. The complex is nice , clean, and the maintenance requests were always taken care of immediately which is sometimes hard to find. Office staff were always very nice. I will agree with everyone else that even taking all of above into account the rent is a bit too high, and it goes up every year. You'll end up paying about $1,200 per month for a very small apartment and nothing included whatsoever. Not just electricity/water but sewer, garbage removal, pest control charges are also tacked on so in the end it's quite pricey for even the smallest model they have. At this price I'd expect the amenities inside to be a little nicer as well. For example the bathroom & kitchen floors and countertops are all cheap laminate material.

Signed a one year lease, April 1st to April 1st but when we went to move out we were told we had to pay for for the month of April which would in turn be a 13 month lease. The rent rate when up $75.00 after one year because "market rates" and Keri in the front office was always unfriendly and standoffish when we had questions. Place looks nice but the "update" white cabinets are just old cabinets with with covers and paint, and never live on the grown floor you can hear every step your neighbors take...

Great place to live! My wife and I lived here for 2.5 years and we loved nearly every moment of it. The office and maintenance staff were always super friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend our friends and family here as well.

We only visited these apartments for a tour. Really bad experience with Keri, I believe that was her name. No one bothered to greet us when we entered the leasing office, they got my name wrong (understandable as you can misspell a name during a phone call) but the leasing didn’t bother to apologize or even ask for my correct name. She led us right to the main room “to sit down and discuss our options”, she again ignored the two other people who were with me and spoke directly to me alone, as if the others didn’t even exist! How rude can you be! That just put us off so much and left a bad taste.
