I lived here from 1997-2008 and paid 745 for a small 1 bedroom when I left. I just went back and it's a clear rip to pay over 1200 along with water, trash and now landscaping fees. The small 1 bedroom is less than 600 feet given the bedroom has a long walk in closet. I dated one of the managers from 05-08 and she said many of the apts. Have mold. You can see a guys air purifier photo on a Yelp review which confirms there is mold. Even if you're filthy rich you're a fool to pay this amount.

I usually do not write reviews, because I expect service and goods if I am paying for it, but when those services go above and beyond they should be recognized. I have lived in a number of places around the country, and have experienced the good and bad in what is offered. I have very high standards and Camden in Bloomingdale exceed my expectations in every way. With the prompt service calls for maintenance issues.Friendly, courteous, and professional personal in the office, to a safe and park-like setting in the complex area, I call this HOME! I have encouraged others to take a look when relocating to this area. Camden will not disappoint.

We enjoyed our time at Camden for 2 years. Prices were high, which we felt we paid for in proximity to stores, mall, gym, etc. and in the maintenance. Our prior apartment would take multiple phone calls and weeks to fix things. Camden would get it done same day or next. Very dog-friendly and staff were always accommodating! Recommend if it's within your budget.

I live here now. This might be the worst place I've ever lived. Everything is very old. Do not let the kitchen cabinets or countertops let you think this place is nice by any means. They did not have a unit to show me before I moved in so I took a huge risk signing up but I did not have much of a choice. There are too many things wrong with the apartment complex to list here but this is a place for teenagers or college kids that need to save some money while trying to figure out their direction in life. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because anytime I've dealt with Kerri or any of the other staff, I've never had an issue and they always handle things right away and professionally. The apartments themselves just need an entire gutted out renovation.
