I live here now. This might be the worst place I've ever lived. Everything is very old. Do not let the kitchen cabinets or countertops let you think this place is nice by any means. They did not have a unit to show me before I moved in so I took a huge risk signing up but I did not have much of a choice. There are too many things wrong with the apartment complex to list here but this is a place for teenagers or college kids that need to save some money while trying to figure out their direction in life. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because anytime I've dealt with Kerri or any of the other staff, I've never had an issue and they always handle things right away and professionally. The apartments themselves just need an entire gutted out renovation.

The layout and location is nice. They have no weight limit for dogs which for me was a requirement. But the price doesn't match the quality. The apartments look nice but for anyone with even the smallest amount if experience can see all the places that were done cheaply. The cabinets got a face lift but the drawer runners aren't new and immediately you can hear and feel that. The painting is done fast and sloppy. There are splatters all over. I have a light switch that does nothing. I have electrical training and have used a meter and can't find where the wires go. Either something is loose or the opposite end isn't even hooked up. I'm not a fan of either option since the switch is hot. All in all, I wouldn't say there is no reason to live here but don't make it a long term choice
