Nice place to live, wonderful neighbors. When work gets done on the buildings for repairs, etc, the residents need to be informed. the back doors of a few buildings have been blocked off and we weren't notified of this. Also, beware of squirrels. Update: please fix the ceiling fan in the gym. Its so hot in there and we have no way of controlling the thermostat to change the temperature as its locked up. ******

Maintenance worker was very quick and courteous. Helped solve the problem better than the exterminator did. Very happy with the staff

I lived at Camden years ago and came back to inquire. 1700 plus and garbage/water is insane for under 600 square foot apt(exclude closets). One has to be nuts to pay this, better off getting a mortgage...

The maintenance person stopped by on Sunday when I was out and left a ticket saying didn't see any visible signs of backup even though I left all the kitchen cabinets open that were soaked. And the stucked cabinet door was not fixed. That Sunday I put in another maintenance ticket same problem and no one has returned. I've left the fan running so the cabinets are dry but warped and should be replaced. The stucked draw is probably because it is warped from the sewage water. Still waiting for maintenance.

My wife and I are happy to be here. It's a great community . We couldn't pick a better place to live at. The staff and maintenance has done a outstanding job. It's quite and the neighbors are friendly.
