I moved in February of 2025, and I just renewed my lease because of how easy it is to live here. I moved from Washington state and the leasing office was able to get my lease prepared while I was on the road. Moving in the Military is already hard enough. Since day one the maintenance crews and leasing office have always made sure my family and I have been taken care of. That in addition to the affordable rent led me to my decision to renew. Thank you to Camden at Bloomingdale for exceeding my expectationsð

Kerri took us on a tour and was able to show us the available units for rent. She was very attentive and awesome to deal with. Unfortunately the time frame for what we needed wasnât available but I will definitely try again at some point because of Kerri! Sheâs is absolutely great to work with!

We have lived here for about a year and a half and we have enjoyed it very much. It is a very quiet place, ideal for families with children and teenagers. The maintenance team is super friendly and responds quickly to requests. The office staff is friendly and very responsive to any question or need... thank you Elona for your quick attention and management of any need we have had. I recommend them 100%.

I have been at Camden for just over a year. Neighbors and great and quiet. Kerri B with the office/leasing staff was a great help in securing the apartment as well as lease renewal. She is also professional and remembered my name after not dealing with her for a year(that does not happen anymore). Overall has been a good experience cheers

The maintenance worker did a thorough job of fixing the leaking toilet. He explained what was causing the problem & made sure it was properly fixed. He did a great job of fixing it in a timely manner & cleaning up after himself!

overall, itâs been a really great place to live! The overall cleanliness and standard is great! My one gripe is the door to my floor is so incredibly heavy that itâs hard to open, even when Iâm not carrying something. When I am carrying something, itâs harder to open and has nearly body slammed me closing itself behind my because of how heavy it is. I wish theyâd replace these doors to the 2nd and 3rd floor.
