Great upkeep and grounds are pretty much immaculate. Fast service if you have an issue. Staff is professional.

EDITED: After close to a year living there I must say it is a decent place to live. Very quite and peaceful. Never had any issues with the apartment and if anything ever did happen the staff was on it! People keep to themselves and are somewhat freindly. First time living in an apartment complex and not really for us. The only downside is the price. After a year we were going to be paying $3,000 a month (not including crazy late fees if you happen to be late) for a small yet delightful 3 bedroom 2 bath. If you can afford it and are use to the apartment life go for it! Thank you to the maintenance and office staff!! Great job! Beautiful place. Everyone is super freindly. Very secure. Apartments are extremely clean and very well taken care of. We love it!

I absolutely loved my time at Camden. I know so many people that have lived there or are still living there and enjoy every bit of it. Thank you for giving Hendrix and I a lovely home for the past year.

I don’t recommend. It’s not an elderly or disability friendly apartments. Trash in the parking lots. Grounds keep goes up every month. I don’t call to complain but I our water was cut off a second time so maintenance could work on pipes. Property manager was very snippy as I asked to be known in advance when our water would be cut off. Closet racks are not sturdy. Some Electrical outlets don’t work. Dryer stopped working. I was advised by maintenance the hose needed to be replaced or it would’ve started a fire. Every other month you will be inconvenienced whether it’s the fact that you have to park in the Chase parking lot or maintenance has to come in the check a couple of things. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect a little courtesy and some kindness. I didn’t get that today.

I’m on my second lease at Camden and have enjoyed living here very much. It’s quiet, clean, family friendly and pet friendly . The maintenance team is prompt with requests and the landscape is maintained very well and admired by my guests. The staff at the office are kind and bubbly and I’ve never had an issue when communicating. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to live here.

I must express my profound dissatisfaction with this apartment complex. Despite the high rent, the quality of the apartment and the management has been unsatisfactory. Security is a major concern, highlighted by an incident where a staff member attempted to enter my apartment without proper identification or notice. Maintenance issues include poor soundproofing, inadequate lighting, an ongoing ant infestation on the first floor, and a pool area that is misleadingly represented in promotional materials. The management, particularly the manager, has shown a lack of professionalism and empathy, dismissing serious concerns and unjustly terminating our lease with minimal notice. Overall, the combination of subpar facilities, unresponsive management, and inflated costs makes this complex a regrettable choice for prospective tenants.

moved in December 2023 very happy with office staff, very friendly and helps me with all my needs. If I had any issues with anything in my unit, Maintenace staff would respond fast (usually in 1 day) are really friendly and repaired everything. I feel safe living here and walking around complex. So far, all the people I met are friendly. Looking forward to living here a long time.
