Elona was amazing from the start. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable before even signing the lease. Everything was done professional and in a timely manner. I recently moved in and you can tell they do a good job and turn over and keeping the whole complex clean. The maintenance workers are friendly and very prompt. Thank you elona for making the process smooth and all your hard work.

Was missing a window screen some random day. Couldnât find it on the ground outside. Maintenance put a new one up by the end of the day. I love having my windows open especially this time of year. Very impressed.

I was a potential renter when I came there. I spoke to them explicitly that I had two birds they said it would not be any problem whatsoever, but after we met those tables suddenly swung around I donât know whether it was a personal issue and I too tall, do I not fit your protocol, but you are not very transparent, you made me waste my time you try to justify it . All you needed to do was be honest with me in the first place over the phone so I would not waste my time. I donât see anywhere in the law of the state of Illinois birds were strictly prohibited. It is a property by property decision quit lying
